Bring everyone who is going to sign. Tours take about twenty minutes and you should leave knowing which bedroom you want.
Current tenants
Report a problem.
No heat, no water, no power, a broken lock or anything unsafe: call instead of using this form, at any hour. Everything else, tell us here so there is a written record.

Rent
Paying rent
Rent is charged per student, per semester. Each student pays their own share directly, so nobody is collecting money from roommates.
- When Due the first, considered late after the fifth.
- How Bank transfer or cheque. Payment details are in your lease packet — ask us if you need them again.
- Trouble paying Tell us before the first rather than after. There is almost always something we can work out in advance and very little we can do afterwards.
Parking
Register a car
Cortland restricts overnight street parking in winter and the city does tow. Tell us what you drive and we will assign you an off-street spot.
