BMJ Property Group is new. We are preparing one house near SUNY Cortland for the 2027–28 lease year. It will be listed here with real photographs, the full room-by-room layout, and the price per person — nothing before then.
Plenty of Cortland listings show houses that are already leased, or stock photos of somewhere else entirely. We would rather show you nothing than show you that.
